Music

We have a varied and practical music curriculum. All the children are invited to extend their musical experience by joining one of the organised activities. It is also possible, for a limited number of children, to have tuition from the Harrow Education Music Service in the following:


There tends to be greater demand for musical activities than there are available places. Therefore, children who wish to take advantage of these wonderful opportunities should be serious in their approach, be keen, enthusiastic and committed to the necessary, regular practice. Parents are asked to contribute towards the cost of these lessons.

Music provides marvellous opportunities for broadening the children’s learning, introducing them to children of other schools, other cultures and varied musical expression. The combined workshops and public performances, for example, the Spring Concert and school productions are memorable highlights of the school year.
