curriculum they will experience here.

We believe that all members of our school community, and the contributions they make,
should be valued equally, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, class, ability, disability,
cultural or religious background.

We aim to treat differences with respect and understanding so that all members of our
community feel happy and secure.

Our aim is to meet the needs of all our children in gaining access to our curriculum,
which includes the National Curriculum. This is reflected in the diversity of our teaching
methods and the organisation of our support staff. We hope, through these, to group the
children in ways that will best meet their individual needs.

We have a positive policy to support the integration and inclusion of pupils with special
educational needs within the mainstream classroom.
